Bill has worked in public accounting since 2008, specializing in Global Mobility Services and U.S./Canada expatriate individual tax services. He previously worked at two Big Four accounting firms and brings extensive experience in his specialty areas. Bill provides a broad range of cross-border tax services, including consulting and compliance for individuals and corporations in Canada and the United States, as well as advising companies expanding across the Canada–U.S. border.

Bill is a versatile advisor to clients across industries, including real estate, high technology, retail and consumer, financial services, high-net-worth investors, and family holding companies. Known for his attention to detail and strong communication skills, he identifies issues early, translates complex concepts into practical plans, and presents solutions and opportunities in a clear, concise manner.

Through working with a wide variety of clients and engaging with multiple government agencies, Bill has developed valuable insight into evolving policies and enforcement trends related to global employment taxes and payroll obligations.
