Charlie has over 19 years of finance and tax experience. Obtaining his legacy CA designation from KPMG Toronto, Charlie excelled in auditing in the financial institutions and real estate industries. Charlie then served as Director at Chief Accountant’s Division at CIBC for consultation on bank-wide accounting policies and procedures, and Senior Consultant at BMO Capital Markets on derivative and hedge trading.
Since 2013, Charlie has been focused on practicing tax laws, transactional and litigation advisories for his clients.
Charlie is expected to be conferred a Master of Law degree from the School of Law at New York University and to practice before the United States Tax Court in 2023.
Charlie will continue to recognize himself as an accountant. Charlie assumes and will continue to assume CFO roles of various multinational and domestic corporations, while he possesses the expertise and experience of a seasoned commercial litigator or transactional lawyer.
When he is not working, Charlie enjoys spending time with his family. He also enjoys watching documentaries and reading materials about history.
